Dotun Oloyede is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited, where they work to provide affordable real estate solutions to individuals and corporate organizations in Nigeria and Beyond.

In 3 years of leading Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited, the company has delivered housing solutions to over 2000 customers in Nigeria and beyond our shores.
Dotun currently manages a team of over 45 purposeful individuals within Lagos and Ibadan and over 1500 realtors with 23 estates and counting to his credit. He has successfully made over 2000 individual landlords and hopes to achieve double of this in the coming year.
Dotun has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands and he is also a Master’s Degree Holder in Construction Management from the University of Cape-town. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. (OMP 31)
Dotun recently co-founded a luxury-focused real estate company; First Fountain Homes Limited. The new company is focused on building smart homes for smart Lagosians.
Dotun Oloyede has won the Achievers Award for Outstanding Real Estate CEO of the year (2019). And also was recently named one of the top under forty CEOs for 2021 by The Summit. He was also decorated as an honorary member of the Rotary Club in 2020, achievements made possible by his zeal for success, sheer determination and doggedness.
When not hard at work being a CEO, he enjoys singing with his band (Joyous Family), watching football and spending time with the family.
